Nowadays, many friends choose to customize printed box sealing tape logos, so friends who have previously customized box sealing tape often have some questions and concerns. Today, I would like to introduce some common issues with custom printing sealing tape.

1. Regarding color selection: It is generally recommended that customers make a transparent printed logo with a background. Transparent substrates not only have low costs, but also have slightly stronger viscosity than colored substrates, as colored substrates require the addition of color paste, which to some extent affects viscosity. In terms of cost, transparent and beige backgrounds are cheaper, followed by white, while other colors such as black, red, and blue backgrounds are more expensive.

2. Printing fee: Each tape manufacturer will charge a printing fee for the box sealing tape, as one color requires one printing copper plate, and two colors require two printing copper plates. Therefore, it is recommended that you try to print one color as much as possible, which not only reduces printing costs but also lowers printing costs.

3. Sampling: Printing sealing tape cannot be sampled because the process and time of producing one roll are the same as producing a batch. Only electronic drawings can be provided to confirm the printing content and color. As for quality issues, we can provide customized sealing tape for other customers to confirm.
