Tear open a glued packaging box along the edge to observe if the adhesive substrate has been torn off. At the same time, use a nail to scrape off the paper substrate attached to the film. If only a small piece of paper substrate can be peeled off at a time or if the paper substrate cannot be scraped off at all, it indicates that the adhesive has good adhesion to the film.

Due to the strong flexibility of the BOPP film on both sides of the sealing adhesive, it cannot be damaged. Therefore, during inspection, it is sufficient to feel a strong adhesion between the two sides.

Place the glued packaging box (which has been left for a day) in a constant temperature oven at 60 ℃ and bake for 72 hours. After cooling, the edges or bottom of the box will not pop open. At the same time, pat the packaging box with both hands without peeling off the adhesive, and the adhesive film will not be brittle, indicating that the heat resistance of the adhesive is not a problem.

Place the glued packaging box (which has been stored for a day) in the freezer for 72 hours and take it out. After the box has dried, pat the packaging box with your hand to prevent it from peeling and the adhesive film from becoming brittle, indicating that the low-temperature resistance of the adhesive is not a problem.

Store some samples of the products bonded with the first three types of adhesive that have passed the test. Check the packaging box every two weeks, ensuring that the adhesive film does not peel off and is not brittle. Continuous inspection for six months without any problems indicates that the sealing adhesive can be used with confidence.
